NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene microchip composite coating material involves mixing natural flake graphite, chlorinated paraffin, a dimer acid and aluminum potassium sulfate dodecahydrate in a high-speed mixed for 30-50 minutes, obtaining premix, pumping the premix into a screw extruder sequentially provided with grinding segment maintained at 80-100 degrees C, dispersion segment maintained at 90-100 degrees C, intercalation segment maintained at 100-120 degrees C and cut-peeling segment, extruding, cooling and pulverizing resultant product to powder having particle size of less than 10 mu m. USE - Manufacture of graphene microchip composite coating material for coating wood and concrete (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of anticorrosive graphene microchip composite coating material having excellent dispersion properties. The coating material enables formation of coating film having excellent barrier properties and suppressed defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of graphene microchip composite coating material involves mixing 40-50 pts. wt. natural flake graphite, 20-30 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 10-15 pts. wt. dimer acid and 5-15 pts. wt. aluminum potassium sulfate dodecahydrate in a high-speed mixed for 30-50 minutes, obtaining premix, pumping the premix into a screw extruder sequentially provided with grinding segment maintained at 80-100 degrees C, dispersion segment maintained at 90-100 degrees C, intercalation segment maintained at 100-120 degrees C and cut-peeling segment maintained at 80-100 degrees C, extruding, cooling and pulverizing resultant product to powder having particle size of less than 10 mu m.
