NOVELTY - An electrochemical luminescence sensor preparing method, involves preprocessing glassy carbon electrode, coating functionalized ferrocene-graphene solution on the glassy carbon electrode surface to obtain modified glassy carbon electrode, preparing tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane) (Tris) (bipyridine)ruthenium(II) chloride (Ru(bpy) 32 + thrombin aptamer solution, immersing the modified glassy carbon electrode in obtained aptamer solution, and culturing the mixture for 40-50 minutes to obtain the electrochemical luminescence sensor. USE - Method for preparing electrochemical luminescence sensor that is utilized in detecting thrombin. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical luminescence sensor detects thrombin in a simple and convenient manner and with better stability and high sensitivity.
