▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant and antimicrobial rubber glove, comprises 70-90 pts. fluorosilicone rubber emulsion, 20-40 pts. acrylic rubber emulsion, 10-20 pts. natural rubber emulsion, 1-3 pts. colloidal sulfur, 4-6 pts. zinc oxide, 0.5-2 pts. stearic acid, 0.5-1.5 pts. antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 pts. antioxidant, 20-30 pts. graphene powder, 5-10 pts. antiseptic liquid, 1-2 pts. antibacterial active ingredient, 2-4 pts. dioctyl phthalate, 0.8 -1.6 pts. naphthyl p-phenylenediamine and 4-6 pts. ammonia. USE - Used as corrosion-resistant and antimicrobial rubber glove. ADVANTAGE - The rubber glove has low temperature resistance and oil resistance, excellent intensity and acid and alkali resistance and aging resistance, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the corrosion-resistant and antimicrobial rubber glove, comprising (i) stirring fluorine-containing silicone rubber emulsion, acrylate rubber latex and natural rubber emulsion, mixing, adding preservative solution, constantly stirring at 50-80 degrees C, heating for 5-10 minutes, and stirring for 80-120 revolutions/minute; (ii) cooling the mixture to room temperature and adding colloidal sulfur, zinc oxide, stearic acid, accelerator, antioxidant, graphene powder, antibacterial active ingredient, dioctyl phthalate, B-naphthyl p-phenylene diamine and ammonia, and adjusting the solid content to 20-35% to obtain rubber latex; (iii) immersing the rubber latex in the coagulant having 8-16% calcium nitrate or calcium chloride solution; drying at 120 degrees C for 30 minutes, and finally cooling.
