NOVELTY - A heteroatom-doped carbon nanotube-graphene composite contains heteroatom-doped carbon nanotube and graphene in which carbon nanotube is directly grown on surface of graphene and heteroatom is boron atom, nitrogen atom, phosphorus atom, and/or sulfur atom. USE - Heteroatom-doped carbon nanotube-graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Heteroatom-doped carbon nanotube-graphene composite has improved reactivity and conductivity. Preparation process has cheap carbon source gas and simple operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of heteroatom-doped carbon nanotube-graphene composite which involves loading active component of catalyst in sheet material as catalyst in which active component is iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, molybdenum and/or tungsten and amount of catalyst is 0.1-50 mass%, putting sheet material as catalyst into reactor, adding carbon source gas:heteroatom source gas:carrier gas with molar ratio of 0.1-20:1:0.1-60 in reactor, performing chemical vapor deposition at 500-1200 degrees C, depositing heteroatom-doped carbon nanotube-graphene composite on surface of catalyst, and purifying.
