NOVELTY - Filler comprises 15-20 pts. wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. semi-reinforced carbon black, 1-2 pts. wt. cerium tetrafluoride, 1-2 pts. wt. cobalt naphthenate, 3-6 pts. wt. nanotitanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. cuprous chloride, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. capric acid, 1-2 pts. wt. sulfonated lanolin, 60-65 pts. wt. fly ash, 4-6% hydrochloric acid, preset amount of water and 15-20 pts. wt. additive. USE - Filler is used for producing high-pressure rubber hose for transportation of oil. ADVANTAGE - The high-pressure rubber hose containing the filler has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, slip resistance, and reinforcing characteristics, and excellent strength and toughness due to additive, durability and reliability, and is prepared by safe and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Filler comprises 15-20 pts. wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. semi-reinforced carbon black, 1-2 pts. wt. cerium tetrafluoride, 1-2 pts. wt. cobalt naphthenate, 3-6 pts. wt. nanotitanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. cuprous chloride, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. capric acid, 1-2 pts. wt. sulfonated lanolin, 60-65 pts. wt. fly ash, 4-6% hydrochloric acid, preset amount of water and 15-20 pts. wt. additive. The additive is obtained by mixing 6-8 pts. wt. clay and 10-15 pts. wt. 1-2% sodium hydroxide solution, heating to 70-80 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes, filtering to obtain residue, adding 10-15 pts. wt. 1-2% hydrochloric acid solution to residue, stirring for 20-30 minutes, washing with water, adjusting pH of resulting mixture to 7-9, drying, crushing to particles having particle diameter of 2-40 mu m, adding 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. sodium alkylphenol ether sulfosuccinate and water, adding clay particles, adding 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. neopentyl glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. methacrylic acid, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. jojoba oil, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. ricinoleic acid-based polyester, and 0.2 pt. wt. KH-550 (RTM: silane coupling agent), stirring, heating to 70-80 degrees C, adding 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding 2-2.5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride powder, stirring for 30-40 minutes, drying, mixing 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. borax, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. sulfurized olefin cottonseed oil, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. boric acid, and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. octyl decanoate, and grinding to particles having particle diameter of 2-50 mu m. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-pressure rubber hose filler, which involves calcining fly ash, crushing, adding hydrochloric acid, heating, stirring, filtering, washing obtained residue, filtering to obtain pellets, mixing chlorosulfonated polyethylene, semi-reinforced carbon black, cerium tetrafluoride, cobalt naphthenate, nanotitanium dioxide, cuprous chloride, graphene, capric acid, and sulfonated lanolin, ball-milling, adding water to crushed material, stirring, spray-drying, and mixing additive uniformly.
