NOVELTY - High-dispersed graphene-rubber master batch comprises 30-40 wt.% graphene, 40-50 wt.% rubber matrix, 1-3 wt.% alcohol ether phosphate, 1-3 wt.% alcohol ether glucoside, 1-3 wt.% fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, 1-5 wt.% potassium sorbate, and 5-10 wt.% naphthenic oil. USE - High-dispersed graphene-rubber master batch. ADVANTAGE - The high-dispersed graphene-rubber master batch improves transportation efficiency, effectively reduces bad compatibility the base rubber and rubber product, expands application range, has high content of graphene-rubber master batch can meet the demand for graphene adding different amount of different rubber products and rubber matrix of low content and effective content of graphene up to 40 wt.%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-dispersed graphene-rubber master batch, which involves: (A) providing an aqueous latex comprising rubber matrix; (B) dissolving an alcohol ether phosphate, an alcohol ether glucoside, a fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate in the aqueous latex; (C) dispersing graphene in aqueous latex, and then flocculating to form a pre-dispersed graphene block; and (D) adding pre-dispersed graphene block, zinc sorbate, and naphthenic oil in an internal mixer, followed by debinding, extrusion, and granulation to obtain final product.
