NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/epoxy vinyl ester resin heavy-duty anti-corrosion solvent-free composite coating comprises 30-49 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-6 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 9-20 pts. wt. unsaturated monobasic acid, 2-5 pts. wt. acrylic monomer, 2-5 pts. wt. dibasic acid or dibasic acid anhydride, 0.01-0.3 pts. wt. graphene oxide or modified graphene oxide, 30-40 pts. wt. active diluent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. first catalyst, 0.1-1 pts. wt. the second catalyst and 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. inhibitor. USE - The graphene oxide/epoxy vinyl ester resin heavy anti-corrosion solvent-free composite coating is useful in preparing marine anti-corrosive paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent barrier property, good corrosion resistance and good mechanical property, and the reaction process is not added with organic solvent and reduces the harmfulness to the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide/epoxy vinyl ester resin heavy-duty anti-corrosion solvent-free composite coating comprising reacting the diisocyanate, acrylate monomer for 2-3 hours under the 30-50degrees Celsius, adding epoxy resin, unsaturated monobasic acid, polymerization inhibitor, graphene oxide or modified graphene oxide and first catalyst, raising the temperature to 60-80degrees Celsius and reacting for 2-4 hours, adding dibasic acid or binary anhydride, adding the second catalyst, stirring uniformly, raising the temperature to 100-120degrees Celsius, until the acid value is reduced to less than 8 mgKOH/g and reducing the temperature to 70-90degrees Celsius and adding active diluent and mixing to obtain the product.
