NOVELTY - A graphene composite electrode consists of a graphene layer (120), an atomic layer (130) formed on the graphene layer, and a transparent conductive layer (140) formed on the atomic layer. USE - Graphene composite electrode is used for manufacturing electrochromic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite electrode has excellent reliability, and enables efficient manufacture of electrochromic device with excellent flexibility and suppressed generation of defects with respect to graphene layer having excellent electrical characteristics and high quality, by fast and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of graphene composite electrode, which involves growing a graphene on a metal catalyst growth substrate (110), performing an atomic layer deposition process on the graphene layer, forming an atomic layer, and forming a transparent conductive layer on the atomic layer; and (2) manufacture of electrochromic device, which involves forming a transparent conductive layer (a1) on the atomic layer, forming an electrochromic layer, an electrolyte layer, and an ion-storage layer on the layer (a1), forming a transparent conductive layer (a2) on the outermost layer of the electrochromic layer, removing a portion of metal catalyst growth substrate for forming the bus electrode, and attaching the bus electrode to a flexible substrate.
