NOVELTY - Electric furnace lined with refractory material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. modified clay, 18-25 pts. wt. dolomite, 15-25 pts. wt. corundum slag, 5-16 pts. wt. graphene, 5-12 pts. wt. zirconia, 2-5 pts. wt. binding agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersing agent as raw materials. USE - Electric furnace lined with refractory material. ADVANTAGE - The electric furnace lined with refractory material has high bulk density, good volume stability, small thermal expansion, good heat resistance, stable lining structure under the high temperature environment, reduces liner volume expansion generated in the using process, the lining is not easy to form crack so as to improves lining service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an electric furnace lined with refractory material, which involves: (A) weighing each raw material by weight, mixing modified clay, dolomite, corundum slag, graphene, zirconia in a ball mill, ball milling with anhydrous alcohol for 3-5 hours, and then vacuum drying to obtain a mixed powder; (B) subjecting the mixed powder in a mixer, adding a binder, a dispersing agent, kneading for 15-30 minutes, and then dry-pressing at a pressure of 26-30 Mpa to obtain a refractory green body; and (C) sintering the formed refractory green body is at 1750-1850 degrees C for 3-6 hours, and then naturally cool to room temperature to obtain the desired product.
