NOVELTY - Nano-modified aqueous polyurethane composite material is made of 25-45 pts. wt. toluene-2,4-diisocyanate, 20-35 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 5-10 pts. wt. modified nanocomposite dispersion liquid, 5-10 pts. wt. temperature-resistant modifier, 1-5 pts. wt. catalyst, 1-5 pts. wt. hydrophilic chain extender, and 5-15 pts. wt. neutralizing agent. USE - The nano-modified aqueous polyurethane composite material is used for building decoration, leather coating, plastic chemical industry, textile finishing and automobile coating. ADVANTAGE - In the composite material, through the combined use of the temperature-resistant modifier and the modified nano-composite dispersion, and through the adsorption of the graphene oxide nanosheets in the modified nano-composite dispersion to the temperature-resistant modifier, the temperature-resistant modifier and graphene oxide nanosheets can be uniformly dispersed in the polyurethane composite material, and the temperature resistance and barrier performance of the composite material are improved. The nano-modified aqueous polyurethane composite material has excellent stability, tensile strength, elongation at break mechanical property, and improved temperature resistance and barrier property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation process of the nano-modified aqueous polyurethane composite material, involving (a) mixing toluene-2,4-diisocyanate, polyether polyol and hydrophilic chain extender, heating up to 100-120℃ and stirring to react to obtain mixture (A), (b) under the protection of an inert gas, cooling down the mixture (A) in step (a) to 40-50℃, adding modified nanocomposite dispersion liquid, temperature-resistant modifier and catalyst, raising the temperature to 80-90℃, and keeping it warm for 2-3 hours to obtain mixture (B), and (c) adding neutralizing agent in the mixture (B) in step (b), stirring, and making nano-modified waterborne polyurethane composite material.
