▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A thermal stabilizer comprises 15-35 pts. wt. barium oxide, 15-35 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. sodium-aluminum carbonate, 5.5-10 pts. wt. beta -diketone, 15-25 pts. wt. oleic acid, 20-40 pts. wt. caprylic acid, 30-60 pts. wt. castor oil, 0.05-1 pt. wt. graphene and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. non-phenolic antioxidant. The non-phenolic antioxidant is furanone, phthalide or N,N-dibenzylhydroxylamine. USE - Thermal stabilizer is used for polyvinyl chloride product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermal stabilizer does not contain heavy metal, and has excellent long-term stabilizing effect, and is prepared in a short period of time with reduced environmental pollution. The polyvinyl chloride product obtained using the thermal stabilizer has excellent heat resistance, compatibility and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of thermal stabilizer, which involves uniformly mixing barium oxide, zinc oxide, sodium-aluminum carbonate, beta-diketone, oleic acid, caprylic acid, castor oil, graphene and furanone, phthalide or N,N-dibenzylhydroxylamine as non-phenolic antioxidant and heating; and (2) polyvinyl chloride product, which is obtained using 0.5-4 wt.% thermal stabilizer.
