▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Copper-(graphene/aluminum) multi-level layered composite material comprises copper layer micro-nanocrystalline structure and graphene/aluminum layer micro-nanolaminated structure with a thickness of 2-4 mm. USE - Copper-(graphene/aluminum) multi-level layered composite material used for light electric heating elements for aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has light weight, high toughness, high heat conduction and high conductivity, and is suitable for various lightweight electric heating elements for aerospace. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of copper-(graphene/aluminum) multi-level layered composite material, comprising: (i) preparation of sheet metal powder; (ii) preparation of graphene dispersion; (iii) preparation of graphene/aluminum sheet composite powder; (iv) layered self-assembly of powder; (v) sintering preparation of block composite material; and (vi) hot-rolling of high-densified composite material.
