NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength graphene fiber, comprises (i) adding 2-5 % graphene oxide aqueous solution and 1-3 % modified polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution (I) into a glass bottle at a weight ratio of 1:1, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, mixing uniformly to obtain spinning raw liquid, (ii) passing the spinning raw liquid through the spinneret plate having an aperture of 40 μm-1 mm, extruding at a speed of 10-90 ml/hour, entering the coagulation bath to solidify into fiber, winding, and drying to obtain graphene oxide composite fiber (II), (iii) soaking the (II) in a 0.05-0.1 M amine compound aqueous solution (III) for 0.5-1 hour, then dipping in methanol for 0.5 hour, washing and drying to obtain treated graphene oxide composite fiber (IV), and (iv) placing (IV) in a reducing agent, reducing at 40-100 ℃ for 4-10 hours, washing and drying to obtain final product. USE - The high-strength graphene fiber is useful in the field of graphene fibers. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength graphene fiber has excellent toughness, wear resistance and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high-strength graphene fiber, comprises (i) adding 2-5 % graphene oxide aqueous solution and 1-3 % modified polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution of formula (I) into a glass bottle at a weight ratio of 1:1, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, mixing uniformly to obtain spinning raw liquid, (ii) passing the spinning raw liquid through the spinneret plate having an aperture of 40 µm-1 mm, extruding at a speed of 10-90 ml/hour, entering the coagulation bath to solidify into fiber, winding, and drying to obtain graphene oxide composite fiber of formula (II), (iii) soaking the (II) in a 0.05-0.1 M amine compound aqueous solution of formula (III) for 0.5-1 hour, then dipping in methanol for 0.5 hour, washing and drying to obtain treated graphene oxide composite fiber of formula (IV), and (iv) placing (IV) in a reducing agent, reducing at 40-100 ℃ for 4-10 hours, washing and drying to obtain final product. R = 2-6C straight-chain or branched-chain alkane. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high-strength graphene fiber obtained by above method.
