▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A heat-conducting coating comprises 4-8 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. titania, 0.4-1.2 pts. wt., preferably 0.8 pt. wt. sodium chloride, 1-3 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 5-12 pts. wt., preferably 9 pts. wt. grease, and 30-40 pts. wt., preferably 35 pts. wt. modified silica gel. The modified silica gel is obtained by mixing silica gel with aniline, salicylic acid, methyl methacrylate, cholesterol, and aluminum powder, extruding, and granulating. USE - Heat-conducting coating is used for electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting coating forms films having excellent adhesiveness, hardness, heat-dissipation property, and cooling effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating, which involves adding modified silica gel and acrylic resin to grease, ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes at 200-400 W, preferably 300 W, adding graphene, titania, and sodium chloride under stirring conditions, stirring, reacting at 1-2 MPa, and spray-drying.
