▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of heteroatom-containing graphene involves irradiating a carbon material with γ -radiation in the presence of compounds containing the heteroatom by placing a carbon matrix, preferably graphene and the compounds containing heteroatom in the form of a gas or liquid in a closed vessel and irradiating with low-energy γ -radiation inside a radiation device at the rate of 19.3-21 Gy/hour and a total radiation dose of 5.5-27.5 kGy for 300-1200 hours, and rinsing the obtained product with distilled water or ethyl alcohol to obtain an effluent having a pH of 6-7 and drying at 100-150° C for 2-4 hours. USE - Preparation of heteroatom-containing graphene e.g. nitrogen-containing graphene, sulfur-containing graphene, and boron-containing graphene.
