NOVELTY - The plate has an upper shell whose inner surface is provided with a first liquid absorbing core. An upper surface of a lower shell is provided with a second liquid absorbing core. The first liquid absorbing core and the second liquid absorbing core are connected together to form a cavity unit. The first liquid absorbing core and the second liquid absorbing core are filled with fluid working substance, where the upper shell is a four-side bulge and the lower shell is a flat plate. A graphene pore-like structures is formed with different gradients of pore size to form channels by using three-dimensional (3D) printing technology. USE - Graphene venture capital (VC) soaking plate. ADVANTAGE - The plate forms graphene pore-like structures with different gradients of pore size to form channels by using 3D printing technology, solves contradiction problem between high capillary force and low flow resistance, ensures slow reflow speed, improves heat dissipation efficiency, improves production efficiency of graphene or graphene/carbon nanotube slurry and reduces energy consumption.
