▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A separator has polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) porous membrane with a microporous structure mainly composed of PVDF and has a thickness of 5-50 μm. USE - Separator for aqueous battery e.g. aqueous zinc battery, aqueous lithium ion battery, or aqueous sodium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The separator uses polyvinylidene fluoride as main material, has excellent chemical stability, electric insulating performance, high melting point, high temperature resistance, excellent wetting property and mechanical property. The polyvinylidene fluoride-based porous membrane reduces the polarization voltage of the battery, and inhibits zinc dendritic crystal. The method has simple preparation process and, is economical.
