NOVELTY - Aqueous-based epoxy primer, comprises 40-50 wt.% epoxy resin, 10-15 wt.% titanium dioxide, 0.2-0.5 wt.% carbon black, 5-8 wt.% zinc phosphate, 15-25 wt.% barium sulfate, 0.5-0.8 wt.% dispersant, 0.2-0.4 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.5-0.8 wt.% gas phase silicon dioxide, 0.5-1 wt.% thickening agent, 0.3-0.5 wt.% anti-flash rust agent, 1.5-2 wt.% cosolvent, 0.3-0.8 wt.% amine neutralizing agent, 0.5-1 wt.% graphene and 8.2-11.2 wt.% deionized water as component A, and 96-99 wt.% epoxy curing agent, and 1-4 wt.% drier as component B. USE - The aqueous-based epoxy primer is useful for aqueous-based anti-corrosive paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous-based epoxy primer has fast drying speed, strong adhesive force, neutral salt spray resistant for 500 hours, and low content of volatile organic compounds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing aqueous-based epoxy primer, comprising (i) stirring epoxy resin, dispersant, defoaming agent, deionized water and part of amine neutralizing agent to obtain first blend, (ii) adding titanium dioxide, carbon black, zinc phosphate, barium sulfate, and gas phase silicon dioxide into first blend, and stirring to obtain second blend, (iii) adding cosolvent, graphene, wetting agent, anti-flash rust agent into second blend, and stirring to obtain third blend, (iv) adding another part of amine neutralizing agent into third blend, and adjusting the pH value of sheet to obtain component A, and (v) blending component A and component B according to proportion to obtain final product; and Aqueous-based anti-corrosive paint, comprising aqueous-based epoxy primer and aqueous-based polyurethane emulsion.
