▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An organic electrochemical transistor consists of a source electrode and a drain electrode connected by a conductive channel, a gate electrode, a catalytic layer and a biologic detection layer. The catalytic layer comprises a composite material comprising noble metal nanoparticles and an organic conductive matrix. USE - Organic electrochemical transistor for detecting biological analytes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transistor has improved sensibility, accuracy and shelf life because the membrane in which the transistor is encapsulated prevents diffusion of interferent species (large molecules, cells fragments, pollutants) towards the transistor. The membrane improves biocompatibility and allows in-vivo use of the transistor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for detection of biological analyte, which involves contacting biological fluid with the organic electrochemical transistor.
