NOVELTY - Atomizing core structural part comprises 30-50 pts. wt. main material, 5-20 pts. wt. low melting point glass powder, 0-20 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 0-20 pts. wt. graphene (preferably 3-9 nm thick), 0-30 pts. wt. additive, and 0-10 pts. wt. agglomerant, where at least one of the carbon fiber, graphene and additive is not 0 pts. wt.; the main material includes alumina, bauxite, and/or corundum; and the additive is aluminum dihydrogen phosphate with a mass ratio of 50-95%. The granularity of the main material is 200-2000 meshes, and the granularity of the glass powder is 80-600 meshes. USE - The atomizing core structural part is useful for preventing oil leakage and dry burning effect of atomizing core used in atomizer of current market, and used as ceramic structural part with existing silica gel structure. ADVANTAGE - The atomizing core structural part is ceramic structural part with the existing silica gel structure has micropore and high strength, and effectively prevents oil leakage and dry burning, can play a protective role, has simple preparation, low cost and easy forming, and has improved the density and bending strength of the structural part.
