NOVELTY - Graphene microcapsule comprises a core material and a shell material, where the core material is a graphene material, and the shell material is a synthetic polymer material or a natural polymer material; the content of the core material is preferably 15-60 wt.%, and the particle diameter of the graphene microcapsules is 1-4 mu m, preferably 1-3 mu m. USE - Used as graphene microcapsule. ADVANTAGE - The graphene microcapsule: improves the dispersibility and compatibility of the graphene in the base material, improves the heat conduction and the heat performance of the microcapsule, optimizes the spinning technique and improves the smoothness of graphene modified fiber surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of the graphene microcapsule comprising mixing and emulsifying the aqueous dispersion of the graphene material and the shell material to form a suspension, the aqueous dispersion of the graphene material is mainly composed of deionized water, graphene material and a surfactant, adding curing agent or initiator to the suspension, carrying out curing reaction, filtering, and drying to obtain the graphene microcapsule, and the mass ratio of the graphene material to the shell material is 3-12:8-17; (2) smart temperature-regulating fiber comprising the graphene microcapsule, the graphene microcapsules are contained in an amount of from 0.6-12 wt.%, the graphene microcapsules comprise a graphene material having a mass of 0.6-5 wt.% of the dry mass of the smart thermostat fiber; and (3) preparing a smart thermostat fiber comprising using the graphene microcapsule, the phase change microcapsule and the fiber spinning solution are used as raw materials and are wet-spun, preferably, the fiber spinning solution is a spinning solution of viscose fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber or polyvinyl chloride fiber.
