▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In-situ preparing triazole-based lubricating oil additives based on friction-click chemistry, comprises (i) mixing 1-methyl-3-propargyl imidazole ionic liquid, azide compound, nano-copper catalyst and base oil to obtain mixture, (ii) applying friction force to the obtained mixture to generate Husigen-cycloaddition reaction to obtain triazole-based lubricating oil additive in the base oil. The Husigen-cycloaddition reaction does not require heating, and the load of friction force is 100-300 N. USE - The method is useful for preparing triazole-based lubricating oil additives based on friction-click chemistry. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes 1-methyl-3-propargyl imidazole ionic liquid which has relatively large polarity and is easy to be adsorbed on the friction interface.
