NOVELTY - An aqueous coating composition comprises first component and second component, where the first component comprises aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, filler, dispersant, defoaming agent, anti-settling thixotropic agent, flatting agent and porphyrin-modified graphene, and the second component comprises curing agent and deionized water, and the porphyrin-modified graphene is prepared by putting graphene to three-mouth flask, adding mixed acid solution of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, refluxing and processing, filtering and obtaining 60-70 wt.% acidified graphene suspension with pH of 5-7, taking 2-4 g of 60-70 wt.% acidified graphene suspension, adding 4 g of dimethyl acetamide, 0.2-0.3 mg chiral Schiff base cobalt complex, 1.5-2 g of 5,10,15,20-tetra(4-aminophenyl)porphyrin, 1-2 g of tetraethyl ammonium iodide, 10-20 ml of triethylamine and 5-15 ml of ethylene glycol and ultrasonically mixing with auxiliary raw material, and performing electrochemical modification process. USE - Aqueous coating composition. ADVANTAGE - The coating composition has increased adsorption effect, compact coating and high adhesive force, and can improve impact resistance, friction resistance, weather resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aqueous coating composition comprises first component and second component, in the mass ratio of 10:(0.5-6), where the first component comprises 20-60 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 0.6-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.5-4 pts. wt. anti-settling thixotropic agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. flatting agent and 10-15 pts. wt. of 20-30 wt.% porphyrin-modified graphene, and the second component comprises 30-100 pts. wt. curing agent and 20-50 pts. wt. deionized water, and the porphyrin-modified graphene is prepared by putting 1-5 g graphene to three-mouth flask, adding mixed acid solution of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, sealing opening of three-mouth flask, stirring, refluxing, processing the three-mouth flask at 90-95°C for 4-5 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, using large amount of deionized water for washing and filtering until the filtrate is neutral, obtaining 60-70 wt.% acidified graphene suspension with pH of 5-7, where the volume of the mixed acid solution is 500-700 ml, the volume ratio of sulfuric acid and nitric acid is 1:1.5, the concentration of sulfuric acid is 70 wt.% and the concentration of nitric acid is 65 wt.%, taking 2-4 g of 60-70 wt.% acidified graphene suspension, adding 4 g of dimethyl acetamide, 0.2-0.3 mg chiral Schiff base cobalt complex, 1.5-2 g of 5,10,15,20-tetra(4-aminophenyl)porphyrin, 1-2 g of tetraethyl ammonium iodide, 10-20 ml of triethylamine and 5-15 ml of ethylene glycol and ultrasonically mixing with auxiliary raw material, using net-shaped glass carbon as positive electrode, platinum sheet as negative electrode and electrolytic cell as diaphragm-free electrolytic cell, performing electrochemical modification process under electrolytic parameter of 150-200 rpm stirring, argon gas protection and constant current electrolysis under condition of 50-65°C, current density of 0.20-0.5 A/cm2and electrolytic time of 2-3 hours, and finishing electrolysis, decompressing and distilling to remove portion of solvent, drying, dehydrating and re-suspending in deionized water to obtain 20-30 wt.% of porphyrin-modified graphene.
