NOVELTY - Coating comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.2-1.6 pts. wt. graphene, 10-50 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-100 pts. wt. pigments and fillers and 2-20 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - The coating is useful as functional protective coating of metal base material. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high adhesion, low friction, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, and wide application prospect in severe complex mechanical-corrosion coupling environment (e.g. municipal construction, expressway, railway, transmission line, photovoltaic energy and offshore wind power). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Preparing coating, comprising mixing the epoxy resin, curing agent, pigments and fillers and auxiliary agent evenly; and (ii) adding the graphene nanosheets, extruding uniformly, tableting, grinding and screening the mixture uniformly to obtain coating; (2) Anticorrosive coating comprises coating; and (3) Preparing anticorrosive coating, comprising spraying the epoxy resin powder coating electrostatically on the surface of the metal substrate, baking, curing, and cooling to obtain an anti-corrosion coating.
