NOVELTY - Rubber open mill comprises a first rotating shaft (2), a first milling roller (3), a second rotating shaft (4), a second milling roller (5), a first driving device (14), a second driving device. The upper part of the first milling roller is provided with a limiting sliding rod. The limiting sliding rod is slidingly connected with a moving block on the circumferential surface. The surface of the moving block fixedly connected with a baffle plate. Two sides of the limiting sliding rod are provided with a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft fixedly connected with sliding block. The rotating shaft is rotatably connected with a third driving device. The limiting sliding rod is obliquely provided with a moving rod. The moving rod circumferential surface spline is connected with brush hair, and two sides of the moving rod are slidingly connected in the moving limiting groove. USE - The rubber open mill is useful for anti-tensile air cushion ship. ADVANTAGE - The rubber: has high tensile strength, tensile strength reaches more than 38 KN/m, and tear strength reaches more than 73 KN/m. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rubber for anti-tensile air cushion ship comprising (i) mixing and stirring modified graphene oxide into pure water for 2 hours to obtain 8 mg/ml modified graphene oxide solution, adding natural latex and nitrile rubber latex into modified graphite oxide solution to stirring for 30 minutes, where the mass ratio of natural latex, butyronitrile latex, and modified graphite oxide is 70:30:2-3, preparing sodium chloride solution with mass fraction of 10%, pouring sodium chloride solution and stearic acid into the mixed latex/modified graphite oxide solution, where the mass ratio of the stearic acid and the modified graphite oxide is 1:3, transferring solution into a centrifugal separator, performing centrifugal separation to obtain graphite oxide/mixed latex, washing pure water for 2-3 times, placing into a vacuum drying box at 60degrees Celsiusto dry to obtain the modified graphite oxide/mixed latex, (ii) adding modified graphite oxide/mixed latex into open mill, driving first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft to rotate through the first driving device and the second driving device to drive the first milling roller and the second milling roller to roll for plasticating using the baffle to intercept the graphite/mixed latex above the second milling roller, driving baffle to reciprocate on the limiting slide rod through the sliding block, discharging glue after 3 minutes, cooling and cutting panel, (iii) adding 102-103 pts. wt. modified graphite oxide/mixed latex, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. epoxidized butadiene rubber, 6-7 pts. wt. bentonite, 8-12 pts. wt. zinc borate/zinc oxide, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, 2-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. modified resorcinol pre-condensation resin, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent RD, and 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent DNP into open mill, mixing for 10 minutes, adding 9-11 pts. wt. modified carbon black, mixing for 1 minutes, when the temperature is stable at 110degrees Celsius, discharging glue to obtain mixing colloid, driving moving block to move by the third driving device, and rotating the rotating shaft to drive the baffle on the rod of the limiting sliding rod to rotate, so that the baffle can enter between the first milling roller and the second milling roller to scrape the material adhered on the first milling roller and the second milling roller using the moving rod to slide along the moving limiting groove, so that the brush hair on the moving rod is clung to the lower surface of the blocking sheet, at the same time the moving rod drives the brush hair to rotate, reaching function of cleaning the baffle plate, and (iv) placing mixing colloid at room temperature for 4 hours, vulcanizing on flat vulcanizing machine, where the vulcanizing condition is 160degrees Celsiusxt90.
