NOVELTY - Preparation of composite current collector involves (i) mixing conductive agent, binder and solvent to obtain a conductive slurry, adding lithium iron manganese phosphate to obtain a coating slurry, and (ii) coating the slurry on the surface of the aluminum foil after the impurity removal treatment, and drying to obtain the composite current collector. USE - Preparation of composite current collector used in electrode for lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite current collector ensures the higher energy density of the battery, inhibits the chain reaction caused by the thermal runaway of the active material in the process of acupuncture and other abuse of the battery, and ensures battery safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for composite current collector, in which the aluminum foil has thickness of 10-15 mu m, and coating layer has thickness of 2-5 mu m.
