NOVELTY - Graphene primer comprises first composition and second composition. The first composition comprises 5-10 wt.% aqueous epoxy amine curing agent, 0.5-5 wt.% dispersant, 5-10 wt.% film-forming auxiliary agent, 1-5 wt.% first anti-settling agent, 0.1-1 wt.% antifoaming agent, 20-50 wt.% zinc powder and 20-60 wt.% talc powder. The second composition comprises 60-80 wt.% aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 1-5 wt.% second anti-settling agent, 5-20 wt.% aqueous graphene slurry and 5-20 wt.% water. The concentration of the aqueous graphene slurry is 0.3-3 wt.%, and the graphene is graphene with 1-5 layers and particle size not exceeding 2 microns. USE - Used as graphene primer. ADVANTAGE - The primer: still achieves excellent adhesion and salt spray resistance even with small amount of grapheme; and has excellent salt spray resistance when used with various coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing primer, comprising mixing and dispersing the components in the first composition until the fineness meets the requirements, adding and mixing the second composition.
