NOVELTY - Active carbon fibre cloth comprises net core layer (1) and conductive layer (2) set at top and bottom portion of net core layer. One side of conductive layer is provided with fibre layer (3). One side of two fibre layers is provided with first protective layer (4) and second protective layer (5). The net core layer comprises two layers of covering net and core net located in middle. The conductive layer comprises base material and conductive filler. The fibre layer comprises non-woven fabric and viscose fibre, and comprising 30-45 pts. wt. viscose fiber, 25-35 pts. wt. non-woven fabric, 10-15 pts. wt. base material, 10-20 pts. wt. conductive filler, 10-15 pts. wt. fire retardant, 15-25 pts. wt. adhesive and 10-20 pts. wt. adsorbent. USE - Active carbon fiber cloth used for preparing energy battery. ADVANTAGE - The active carbon fiber cloth has high conductivity and non-uniform conductive performance, and ensures high conductivity of active carbon fibre cloth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing active carbon fibre cloth for new energy battery, which involves: a. pressing and trimming net core material, attaching two-layer covering net respectively to core net and top portion bottom, pressing by pressing machine, trimming extending rough edge, repeatedly puncturing non-woven fabric to prepare a needle-punched non-woven fabric for later use, taking base material and conductive filler according to proportion, and finishing filling in base material to prepare composite conductive polymer material; b. compounding multiple layers of materials, placing net core layer in middle, sequentially covering material of conductive layer and fibre layer, adding adhesive and fire retardant to press, forming primary composite material; c. soaking and removing impurity and drying, placing composite material in cleaning tank, soaking, time is 2 hours, brushing surface of composite material, finishing soaking of composite material into dryer, and drying; d. carbonizing and cooling, spraying adsorbent on surface of dry composite material, carbonizing composite material by carbide furnace, introducing inert gas and water vapor into furnace at same time; and e. activating and shaping, naturally cooling carbonized composite material, sending material after cooling into activating furnace, and heating the activating furnace, extracting internal gas, forming vacuum belt, expanding fibre layer of composite material, adhering activated material to first protective layer and second protective layer, marking, determining positive and negative surfaces, pressing and shaping formed material, shearing raw edges, and forming active carbon fibre cloth.
