▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The nanometer gold LSPR optical electrode biosensor comprises an optical fiber core (1) and an optical fiber cladding (2), and a large-angle inclined fiber grating (4). The fiber cladding has a core section and a grating section. The inner surface of the core section is coated on the outer surface of the fiber core, and the outer surface of the core section is covered with a fiber coating layer (3). The grating segment covers the outer surface of the large-angle inclined fiber grating. The outer surface of the grating section of the fiber cladding is coated with a silane layer (5). The outer surface of the silane layer 5 is covered with a nanometer gold particle layer (6). The end of the large-angle tilted fiber grating and the end of the fiber cladding end are coated with a silver reflective film (8). The surface of the nanometer gold particle layer is coated with a graphene oxide layer (7), and the surface of the graphene oxide layer is fixed with a biomolecule sensitive layer. USE - Nanometer gold LSPR optical electrode biosensor based on graphene oxide fiber grating used in biology and medicine, environmental monitoring, food safety, life sciences and other fields of ultra-trace detection of biochemical molecules. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide layer is fixed on the nanometer gold particle layer, which greatly increases the effective adsorption site for sensitive molecules in the unit volume. The graphene oxide layer overcomes the shortcomings of the optical fiber LSPR sensor's low dynamic range for biomolecule detection, and has a certain enhancement effect on the LSPR effect of nano-gold shell particles, which further increases the sensitivity of the sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing the nanometer gold LSPR optical biosensor of the graphene oxide fiber grating. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a nanometer gold LSPR optical electrode biosensor.
