▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon fiber reinforced composite material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber, 50-65 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), 30-45 pts. wt. polycarbonate (PC), 5-10 pts. wt. polyethylene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant. The modified carbon fiber is prepared by dissolving graphene oxide and ethylene glycol in N,N-dimethylformamide in a mass ratio of 1:4-7, mixing and stirring ultrasonically for 10 minutes to obtain an electrolyte. The carbon fiber is used as the negative electrode of the power supply. The obtained electrolyte is electrolyte, and the graphite electrode is the positive electrode. The negative electrode material is taken out, washed, and dried in a vacuum at 80°C for 6 hours to obtain the modified carbon fiber. USE - Carbon fiber reinforced composite material used for manufacturing musical instruments (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber-reinforced composite material improves the bond between carbon fiber and resin without interfacial modifiers, and has good flexibility and excellent acoustic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing carbon fiber reinforced composite material, which involves adding modified carbon fiber, PBT, PC, polyethylene oxide, antioxidant, and lubricant into a high-speed mixer to melt and blend to obtain a uniform material, and then extruding through an extruder at 220-280℃ to obtain the carbon fiber reinforced composite material.
