NOVELTY - A nanogenerator comprises upper layer of light-driven flexible composite film and lower layer of friction composite film, where the upper layer of light-driven flexible composite film comprises conductive flexible graphene film as an electrode and insulating polymeric film A provided on one side of the graphene film, the lower layer of friction composite film comprises conductive metal as an electrode and insulating polymeric film B provided on one side of the metal electrode, the insulating polymeric films A and B are arranged opposite to each other, the polymeric films A and B are of different type, triboelectric properties of the films are quite different, the upper layer of light-driven flexible composite film is mechanically deformed under illumination and has contact friction with lower layer of friction composite film and the generator generates voltage, as the layers have triboelectric charge with opposite polarity. USE - Nanogenerator. ADVANTAGE - The nanogenerator has simple and flexible structure, such that adapting to complex curved environments, is prepared in an easy manner at large scale and converts light energy to electrical energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the nanogenerator.
