NOVELTY - High-barrier heat-sealing fluorine film comprises a barrier heat-sealing layer B is compounded on the lower surface of a structure supporting layer A, where the structure supporting layer A comprises a fluororesin for support and the heat-sealing layer B comprises a fluororesin for heat-sealing barrier. The structural supporting layer A or the barrier heat-sealing layer B further comprises auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent of the structural supporting layer A comprises modified nano particles and the auxiliary agent of the barrier and heat-sealing layer B comprises modified filler. The fluororesin for support is tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene binary copolymer and the fluororesin for heat-sealing barrier is polychlorotrifluoroethylene. USE - The high-barrier heat-sealing fluorine film is useful for medical packaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent oxygen barrier properties and heat-sealing properties, low heat shrinkage rate and high long-term use temperature and satisfies the high-barrier heat-sealing fluorine film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-barrier heat-sealing fluorine film comprising (a) performing surface treatment of nano particles or fillers with a coupling agent to obtain modified nano particles or modified fillers, preferably the step comprises adding the nano particles or fillers into a mixed solution of ethanol and water, stirring evenly, adding a fluorine-containing silane coupling agent, adjusting pH to 3-5 with acetic acid or hydrochloric acid, heating to 60- 80degrees Celsius, continuously stirring for 1-3 hours, filtering, washing, drying, grinding, sieving to obtain surface-modified nanoparticles or modified fillers, (b) mixing the supporting fluororesin and the modified nanoparticles, obtaining structural supporting layer material through an extrusion granulation process, or using the supporting fluororesin alone to make the structural supporting layer material, mixing the heat-sealing barrier fluororesin and the modified filler, obtaining the barrier and heat-sealing layer material through the extrusion granulation process or using the fluororesin for heat-sealing and barrier alone to make the material for the barrier and heat-sealing layer, (c) placing the structure supporting layer material and the barrier heat sealing layer material in double extruding machines, preparing double-layer film by double-layer co-extrusion blown film or cast molding, where the material for the structural supporting layer and the material for the barrier and heat-sealing layer is a material containing an auxiliary agent, preferably the preparation method of the double-layer film is a double-layer co-extrusion mold in composite casting process, (d) cooling the prepared double-layer film, shaping by a traction roller, where the temperature of the traction roller is 10-200degrees Celsius, the pulling speed is 0.5-55 m/seconds, the winding speed is 0.5-55 m/ seconds, (e) carrying out the electrostatic elimination and tension winding to the double-layer film after step (d) shaping and (f) cleaning and sterilizing double-layered film treated in step (d) to obtain high-barrier heat-sealing fluorine film.
