USE - Used as polyphase carbon nanostructures. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nanostructures exhibit high electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing polyphase carbon nanostructures, comprising injecting raw material gas including hydrogen and carbonization fraction into a reaction chamber located on a substrate and a filament, heating the substrate, activating the raw material gas by heating the filament, and forming graphene layer on the substrate and diamond nano-flakes inserted into graphene layer.
