▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In-situ growing of graphene on metal surface based on laser comprises (i) introducing powdered metal nickel on the metal substrate using laser and forming an alloy coating of metal nickel and the metal substrate by means of overlapping scanning, (ii) pre-coating the solid carbon source on the alloy coating, then irradiating using laser to grow graphene in situ. USE - The in-situ grown graphene is useful in wear-resistant parts of metal materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal material: has high mechanical properties; corrosion resistance and friction resistance; low processing costs; prolonged service life of metal workpieces and equipment.
