▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Making a composition comprising graphene sheets and at least one solvent, comprises (a) dispersing a mixture of graphene sheets and graphite particles in a solvent, where the graphite particles have more than 50 layers, (b) separating the graphene sheets and the graphite particles to obtain a dispersion of graphene sheets that contains not greater than 25% of graphite particles having more than 50 layers, based on the total number of graphite particles and graphene sheets, and (c) flocculating the dispersion of graphene sheets. USE - The method is useful for making a composition which is useful for making a polymer composite material useful for making a polymeric article, where the article is a molded article (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) making a polymer composite material, comprising steps (a)-(c) as above per se, and adding the flocculated dispersion to a polymer matrix; and (2) making a polymeric article, comprising forming a polymer composite material by dispersing the mixture of graphene sheets and graphite particles into the solvent, steps (b) and (c) as above per se, adding the flocculated dispersion to a polymer matrix to form the polymer composite material; and forming the polymer composite material into an article.
