NOVELTY - Flexible pressure sensor, comprises upper flexible protective film, upper electrode, flexible microporous/microstructure sensing substrate, lower electrode and lower flexible protective film which are encapsulated; the surface of the flexible microporous/microstructure sensing substrate has a microstructure array and the interior has a microporous structure, and the flexible microporous/microstructure sensing substrate is sandwiched between the upper electrode and the lower electrode. USE - The flexible pressure sensor is useful in the technical field of sensors. ADVANTAGE - The flexible pressure sensor has high sensitivity and wide detection range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible pressure sensor, comprising (i) pre-mixing polymer material and conductive filler according to the proportion, adding it to an extruder or an internal mixer for melt mixing to prepare a composite material, (ii) fixing the microstructure template on the surface of the fixed model cavity of the mold, adding composite material obtained in step (i) into the mold cavity, placing the mold in the molding press, heating the mold, pressurizing the composite material melt, cooling and shaping to prepare flexible composite sheets with surface microstructures, (iii) placing the flexible composite sheet with a surface microstructure in an autoclave, injecting supercritical fluid, saturating the flexible composite sheet at 80-230 ℃ and pressure of 5-30 MPa for 0.5-10 hours, quickly reducing the pressure in the autoclave to atmospheric pressure, taking out the foamed composite sheet, placing it in ice water for 5-10 minutes to fix the cell structure and obtaining flexible microporous/microstructured sheet, and (iv) cutting the flexible microporous/microstructure sheet into samples of a certain size to prepare a flexible microporous/microstructure sensing substrate, the flexible microporous/microstructure sensing substrate is sandwiched between two electrodes, and pasting on the surfaces of the two electrodes with a flexible protective film, and packaging flexible pressure sensor.
