▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An iron carbide hydrogenation catalyst comprises graphene encapsulated iron carbide fixed inside the carbon nanotube. USE - Iron carbide hydrogenation catalyst used for hydrogenating carbon-carbon double bond compound (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has wide source of raw materials, cheap price, simple preparation process, and high activity and reusable stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of iron carbide hydrogenation catalyst comprising (A) mixing glucose, melamine and anhydrous ferric trichloride at mass ratio of 1:1:1 with 1-2 times distilled water to obtain homogeneous mixture, and drying to 80 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain brown solid; (B) grinding, transferring into high-temperature tube furnace, and calcining to 700-800 degrees C for 4 hours under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain black solid; (C) cooling to room temperature, transferring into glass beaker, and washing with 10-20 times 10% hydrochloric acid solution for 6 hours; and (D) filtering through microporous membrane filter, washing with distilled water to neutralize, vacuum-drying to 50 degrees C for 10 hours; and (2) hydrogenation of carbon-carbon double bond compound comprising dispersing hydrogenation catalyst in ethanol solvent, adding into reaction raw materials at mass ratio of 100:1-1:1, filling reactor with hydrogen, heating to 40-100 degrees C at 20 atm, stirring for 20 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging to separate solid catalyst, and distilling reaction solution until 90% or more purity is obtained. The ethanol and reaction raw materials has mass ratio of 200:1-50:1.
