NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified phenolic resin comprises e.g. (i) pouring graphene powder into N-methylpyrrolidone, mixing, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene solution, then taking supernatant, heating resulting supernatant at 80-150 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain solid powder, then washing resulting solid powder with ethanol, then placing at 80-150 degrees C, heating for 3-5 hours to obtain graphene nanosheet, and (ii) adding graphene nanosheet obtained in step (i) into phenolic resin, stirring at high-speed and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene-modified phenolic resin. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified phenolic resin. ADVANTAGE - The phenolic resin improves heat resistance and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified phenolic resin comprises (i) pouring graphene powder into N-methylpyrrolidone, mixing and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene solution, then taking supernatant, allowing to stand for 1-3 hours, heating and treating resulting supernatant at 80-150 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain solid powder, then washing resulting solid powder with ethanol, then placing at 80-150 degrees C, heating for 3-5 hours and again washing with ethanol for twice to obtain graphene nanosheet, and (ii) adding graphene nanosheet obtained in step (i) into phenolic resin, stirring at high-speed and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene-modified phenolic resin.
