NOVELTY - Modified epoxy resin coating comprises 20-100 pts. wt., preferably 40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-100 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-10 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. ternary nano composite filler, 10-50 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. solvent, 0.2-1 pt. wt., preferably 0.3 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt., preferably 0.2 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-1 pt. wt., preferably 0.3 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.1-1 pt. wt., preferably 0.2 pt. wt. anti-settling agent, and 0.1-1 pt. wt., preferably 0.2 pt. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Modified epoxy resin coating. ADVANTAGE - The resin coating utilizes the special sheet structure and excellent electrical conductivity of graphene oxide, and slow-release shielding effect of polyaniline. The filling effect of nano titanium dioxide particles is combined with functional nano composite particles to modify the anti-corrosion efficiency of epoxy resin. The corrosion resistance is excellent, stability is good, cost is low, and preparation process is simple and easy to implement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified epoxy resin coating which involves (1) preparing component (A), weighing solvent, dispersant, leveling agent, defoamer, anti-settling agent, and silane coupling agent in the reaction vessel, and mixing evenly, weighing the epoxy resin into mixing system, stirring and dispersing evenly, weighing the ternary composite nano-composite filler and adding to mixing system, and stirring to make it evenly dispersed to obtain the paint component (A), (2) preparing the modified epoxy resin coating, adding curing agent as the coating component (B) to the coating component (A), and evenly mixing mixture.
