NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material comprises dissolving iron source, phosphate source, lithium source and reducing agent in de-ionized water, stirring to obtain soaking liquid, reducing three-dimensional graphene oxideto prepare mixed liquid, vacuum-freezing and drying mixed liquid to obtain solid mixture; and pre-decomposing solid mixture and heating reaction precursor to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material in lithium ion battery has high capacity, long life cycle, and low cost. It is applicable to large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material comprises dissolving iron source, phosphate source, lithium source and reducing agent in de-ionized water, stirring uniformly to obtain soaking liquid, reducing three-dimensional graphene oxide dispersed in solution to prepare mixed liquid, vacuum-freezing and drying mixed liquid to completely sublime water to obtain solid mixture; and pre-decomposing solid mixture at 160-450 degrees C inert gas protective atmosphere for 1-6 hours, preferably pre-decomposing at 160-300 degrees C for 1-4 hours, and heating reaction precursor at 450-750 degrees C inert gas protective atmosphere for 24-36 hours, preferably heating reaction precursor at 450-600 degrees C inert gas protective atmosphere for 24-30 hours to obtain product.
