▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of tungsten carbide (W2C) nano-particle involves consuming the skeleton carbon in carbon nano-tube film (CNTF) and reducing tungsten oxide (WOx) in situ at high temperature of joule heating. USE - Method for preparing tungsten carbide nano-particles. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the carbon nano-tube film with fast heating and cooling characteristics to generate joule heat instead of traditional resistor, sputtering coating process, and liquid phase method W2C synthesis mode, has low cost, low energy consumption, with high efficiency, especially can realize ultra-fast preparation nano-particles in several seconds, with important commercial application prospect.
