NOVELTY - Sandwich immunoassay kit comprising working electrode, anti-AIV H9 monoclonal antibody (AIV H9/MAb), test sample and G-Chi-gold/platinum-AIV H9/PAb nano-composite, where the working electrode is prepared by polishing the glassy carbon electrode with 0.05 mu m aluminum oxide polishing powder to the mirror surface, washing with water, then respectively washing with water and ethanol, ultrasonically cleaning by water, then drying with nitrogen, scanning by using cyclic voltammetry in sulfuric acid solution at a scanning speed of 50 mV/second in a voltage range of -0.3 to +1.5V, continuing scanning until circulating voltammetry is stable, taking out, then washing with water, drying with nitrogen, applying G-Chi nanocomposite to the surface of GCE obtained after drying, and drying naturally to obtain working electrode, is new. USE - Used as the sandwich immunoassay kit. ADVANTAGE - The kit: has high sensitivity to AIV H9 detection, which reaches 100.82 EID50/ml. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for detecting H9 subtype avian influenza virus (AIV H9) by using sandwich immunoassay kit comprising taking the working electrode, then adding anti-AIV H9 monoclonal antibody (AIV H9/MAb) in a drop wise manner for reacting, soaking in bovine serum albumin solution for sealing, taking out, washing with water, then finally adding sample in a drop wise manner for reacting, adding G-Chi-gold/platinum-AIVH9/PAb nanocomposite for reacting, washing repeatedly with water, then performing chronoamperometric scanning (CA) in phosphate buffered saline solution, adding hydrogen peroxide for 50S, where the counter electrode is a platinum wire electrode, and the reference electrode is a saturated calomel electrode, and finally detecting the H9 when the current value detected is more than 0.974 mA.
