NOVELTY - A heat-conductive composite coating comprises 40-50 pts. wt. 45-50% solid content aqueous fluorine-silicone resin emulsion, 4-5 pts. wt. 600-800 meshes graphene powder, 5-6 pts. wt. sulfonated asphalt powder, 8-10 pts. wt. mica powder, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 2-3 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 0.8-1 pt. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate, 12-15 pts. wt. 20-30% solid content silica sol, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. defoamer, and 25-35 pts. wt. water. USE - Heat-conductive composite coating used for forklift engine exhaust pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating is environment-friendly, does not contain volatile organic solvents and pollute the environment, has improved heat resistance, improved surface adhesion property, and improved film-forming ability, prevents flaking, and has good protection performance and no peeling and cracking phenomenon under high temperature condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating comprising dissolving sodium dodecyl sulfate in water, adding sulfonated asphalt powder and sodium polyacrylate, stirring for 1.5-2 hours, and grinding for 40-50 minutes; and mixing with remaining raw materials, stirring, grinding and dispersing for 2-3 hours, standing at room temperature, and packing.
