NOVELTY - A graphene-metal-modified nano heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating comprises 3-5 %mass carbon fluoride, 2-4 %mass graphene, 2-4 %mass titanium powder, 2-4 %mass zinc powder, 2-4 %mass niobium powder, 2-4 %mass nickel powder, 2-4 %mass iron powder, 1-1.5 %mass additive, 16-20 %mass diluent, 6-8 %mass dispersant and 48-55 %mass epoxy resin. The particle size of carbon fluoride, graphene, titanium powder, zinc powder, niobium powder, nickel powder and iron powder is 700-800 nm, respectively. USE - Graphene-metal-modified nano heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-metal-modified nano heavy-duty coating has excellent anti-ultraviolet performance and anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the graphene-metal-modified nano heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating, which involves mixing carbon fluoride, graphite powder, 2-2.6 %mass dispersant, 5-7 %mass diluent and 16-18 %mass epoxy resin in a pre-mixing tank (M1), obtaining a premix (P1), mixing titanium powder, zinc powder, niobium powder, nickel powder, iron powder, 4-6.4 %mass dispersant, 11-13 %mass diluent and 32-37 %mass epoxy resin in a pre-mixing tank (M2), obtaining a pre-mix (M2), adding the pre-mix (P1) and the pre-mix (P2) to a primary mixing tank, stirring, adding obtained primary mixture to a primary zirconium bead grinding equipment, grinding, obtaining refined mixture with a diameter of 1000-1100 nm, adding the refined mixture to a secondary zirconium bead grinding equipment, grinding, obtaining ultra-refined mixture with a diameter of 700-800 nm, adding the ultra-refined mixture to a total mixing tank, then adding 1-1.5 %mass additive, and stirring. The purity of carbon fluoride, graphite powder, titanium powder, zinc powder, niobium powder, nickel powder and iron powder is 99.99% or more; and (2) preparation system of graphene-metal-modified nano heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating, which consists of the pre-mixing tank (M1) for mixing carbon fluoride, graphite powder, dispersant, diluent and epoxy resin to obtain premix (P1), the pre-mixing tank (M2) for mixing titanium powder, zinc powder, niobium powder, nickel powder, iron powder, dispersant, diluent and epoxy resin to obtain premix (P2), the primary mixing tank connected to the pre-mixing tank (M1) and the pre-mixing tank (M2), respectively through pumps (A and B), the primary mixing tank for mixing the pre-mix (P1) and the pre-mix (P2) to obtain primary mixture, the primary zirconium bead grinding equipment connected to the primary mixing tank through a pump (C), the secondary zirconium bead grinding equipment connected to the primary zirconium bead grinding equipment through a pump (D), and the total mixing tank connected to the secondary zirconium bead grinding equipment through the pump (E).
