NOVELTY - Wear-resistant protection agent comprises 30-40 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 250-300 pts. wt. Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) solution, 5-8 pts. wt. cellulose, 5-8 pts. wt. nickel acetate, 12-18 pts. wt. potassium borohydride, 8-15 pts. wt. cobalt acetate, 10-15 pts. wt. aluminum oxide and 3-5 pts. wt. phosphorus pentoxide. USE - Wear-resistant protection agent used in metal surface layer under closed environment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant protection agent in which chemical reaction does not occur during formation of hard metal, is integrally bonded to form protective agent by bonding, adsorption, aggregation of multiple materials to form protection agent in dense granular form, and has high hardness and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a wear-resistant protection agent, which involves: (A) obtaining nickel acetate, potassium borohydride, cobalt acetate, aluminum oxide and phosphorus pentoxide, mixing the above materials uniformly to obtain mixture, placing mixture in a vacuum drying oven for drying, and baking mixture in a muffle furnace at a high temperature of 1400-1600 degrees C to obtain baked material; (B) placing obtained baked material in a closed ball mill for crushing treatment, screening material, placing large particulate matter placed in a ball mill for treatment until all material is sieved, and then mixing it uniformly to obtain mixed material; (C) covering mixed material in smelting furnace, increasing smelting temperature to 1600-1750 degrees C, stirring uniformly, standing for 10-20 minutes, waiting until temperature drops to 1400-1550 degrees C, putting it into a closed ball mill for crushing treatment, and then screening and selecting particles of 5-10 mesh to obtain cemented carbide particle; (D) adding graphene oxide powder in 5-15% Nafion solution, where graphene oxide has a particle size of 30-40 mesh, and adding a predetermined weight of cellulose, stirring in mixer at a speed of 150-300 revolutions per minute for 30 minutes and standing it for 3-4 hours to obtain stirred material; (E) injecting cemented carbide particles into the Nafion solution and stirred material by using a high pressure particle gun, spraying cemented carbide particle at a high speed of 400m/second, and spraying a cemented carbide particle of a specified mass; and (F) carrying out stirring in a mixer at a speed of 30-50 revolutions per minute until the particles are completely sprayed to obtain final product.
