▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves taking 18-20 parts of aniline monomer, dispersing deionized water, adding 0.1-3 part by weight of graphene, and stirring and mixing uniformly. 456 parts by weight of ammonium persulfate is added and put in an ice water bath for stirring and reacting for 14 to 18 hours. The precipitate is filtered by de-ionized water, and alcohol washed after drying for 24 to 72 hours. The dried powder is obtained. USE - Preparation method for a nanometer composite thin film gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing nanometer composite thin film gas sensor with detecting sensitivity and better stability at room temperature. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a screen shot of a nanometer composite thin film gas sensor.
