NOVELTY - Thermally conductive plastic masterbatch comprises resin, graphene, carbon nano-tubes and a micron-sized inorganic thermally conductive filler. USE - Used as thermally conductive plastic masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the thermal conductivity and improves the mechanical strength and impact toughness of the thermally conductive plastic masterbatch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the thermally conductive plastic masterbatch, comprising uniformly mixing graphene, the carbon nano-tubes and the inorganic thermally conductive filler in a solvent to obtain a mixed viscous material, granulating and drying mixed viscous material to obtain granulated granules, mixing the granulated particles with a resin and granulating.
