NOVELTY - A battery separator comprises graphene-cobalt nitride sheet material vertically stacked on membrane to form continuous network structure. USE - Battery separator for use as lithium-sulfur battery separator (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The battery separator is round in shape and prepared in a simple, easy and rapid manner at low cost and large scale and has diameter of 1.9-2.1 cm and thickness of 29.8-30.2 mu m. The lithium-sulfur battery has excellent electrical performance and cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the battery separator.
