NOVELTY - A PVC modified cable material comprises 10-18 pts. wt. ceramic particles, 0.001-0.003 pt. wt. graphene, 12-15 pts. wt. modifier, 30-45 pts. wt. polyvinyl fluoride, 50-65 pts. wt. PVC, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. crosslinking agent. The modifier is a mixture of polyethylene wax and ethylene propylene rubber. The polyvinyl fluoride has polymerization degree of 230-360. The PVC has polymerization degree of 1200-1800. The coupling agent is a vinyl silane coupling agent. The crosslinking agent is dicumyl peroxide. USE - PVC modified cable material. ADVANTAGE - The PVC modified cable material has improved abrasion resistance, excellent processability, and prolonged service life in high wear environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing PVC modified cable material, which involves (i) treating ceramic particles with a coupling agent, (ii) coating the ceramic particles treated with the coupling agent with a modifier, and (iii) mixing coated ceramic particles, graphene, polyvinyl fluoride, PVC and crosslinking agent.
