NOVELTY - Preparing composite coating involves dispersing graphene oxide powder and disodium ethylenediaminetetra acetate in deionized water to obtain mixture. The obtained mixture is dispersing by ultrasonic to form a composite electroplating solution by adding dropwise phosphoric acid until the pH value of the composite electroplating solution is 1-3. The workpiece is electroplated as the cathode, pure copper as anode, where two electrodes are placed in the obtained composite electroplating solution, a pulse current is applied. USE - Method for preparing composite coating for used in preparation of self-lubricating coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare composite coating, which has reduced graphene oxide-copper composite coating, and excellent lubrication and wear resistance.
